(1) The injection pressure is too low, the injection pressure should be increased appropriately;
(2) The amount of feed is too much, so the amount of feed should be appropriately reduced;
(3) If the nozzle temperature is not properly controlled, the nozzle temperature should be adjusted appropriately;
(4) The temperature of the barrel of the injection machine is improperly controlled, and the temperature of the barrel of the injection machine should be adjusted appropriately;
(5) There is a material pad at the front end of the barrel of the injection machine, and the nozzle should be removed to remove the material pad;
(6) If there is stagnant material in the barrel of the injection molding machine, the stagnant material in the barrel of the injection machine should be removed.

(1) If the powder in the hopper is "bridging", a screw feeder should be used to improve the feeding condition;
